The UniTwIn Project aims to tackle the above mentioned challenge through consistent achievement of the following specific objectives:
1.To develop the career advancement infrastructural framework, which contains:
5 Career Advancement Hubs (CAdHubs) specializing at different economic sectors (energy, construction, agriculture, trade & logistics, IT & AI commercial exploitation);
Network for information exchange and learning resource sharing (SkillNet) that links the scope of business entities, state bodies, NGO and other stakeholders with Universities as skills providers in order to enrich the study and provide stakeholder engagement;
Virtual Inclusive Campus (VIC) is a multiinstitutional educational online space, created under the previous AFID project and open for students of different Ukrainian HEIs which is integrated into the relevant infrastructure as the digital platform for online study in sphere of twin transition, as well provision of stakeholder-led components;
2. To develop the methodology of identifying stakeholders needs for skills in twin transition, which underlines regular stakeholder surveys in order to develop / update professional studies focused on twin transition.
3. To develop the toolbox of stakeholders’ engagement in competence supply to provide staff capacity building in terms of stakeholder-oriented study and for better match of the educational content and study methods with stakeholders’ needs in twin transition.
4. To introduce effective approaches of integrating the twin transition into professional life-long learning (LLL) through stakeholder-led piloting with 10 professional courses focused on twin transition in the defined fields (energy, construction, agriculture, trade & logistics, IT & AI commercial exploitation). Courses are open not only for Ukrainian HEIs students, but also for SkillNet residents in order to upgrade their skills in twin transition.
5. To mainstream competence supply with stakeholder engagement by the approval of formal policies of 5 Ukrainian HEIs that multiply the positive effects of stakeholder engagement on the wide range of study courses and practices;
