The meeting took place at the leading university, Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon (Portugal), which is the coordinator of the project. During December 8–12, 2025, the meeting participants discussed the implementation of the project.

The UniTwIn project aims to strengthen universities' capacity to develop skills for the “double transition” (digital and green). The main goal is to create an effective infrastructure and tools for training specialists needed by the modern labor market.

The goal of the project is to create a sustainable university infrastructure that will ensure broad interaction with stakeholders in the development of competencies necessary for the twin transition: green and digital.
